This isn’t just a game about running to the toilet. It’s an absurd roguelike survival game where you try to survive a shift in someone else’s apartment before your intestines finish you off. The client left the keys, a to-do list, and disappeared. You get paid by the job. Finish a task, get paid. Don’t finish it, get nothing. Your intestines have joined you for the shift. Your water goes down. The pressure builds. Your sanity holds everything together until something goes wrong.

Your stamina determines whether you can even make it to the toilet in time. There’s no inventory. You’ve got two hands. You search cupboards, drink tea of unknown origin, craft things by trial and error, and hope it works out this time. It won’t.
