Between the rust and the sand, enemy waves close in from every side. Choose your crew — Eileen / Ghost, Reine / Iron Fist, or Lu Chen / Raccoon-Cat — and roll your war machine into battle. Your weapons fire automatically; your job is to move, time your ultimate, and pick the right upgrade from three choices every time you level up. Shell explosions leave burning ground fires behind, and chain explosions can turn a whole horde into a sea of flame.

Random supply crates might clear the field, grant brief invincibility or power up your weapon — or call in reinforcements, elite waves, or even an early boss. Gold carries over between battles. Back in the hangar, buy permanent upgrades in eight categories for each vehicle: weapon, armor, hull HP, crate count, crate luck, ultimate cooldown, engine power and pickup range. Four stages × five difficulties: Easy to Inferno. Clear Easy on a stage to unlock its higher tiers. Stage 4, "Twin Bridges", has eight boss waves and a river splitting the map in two; ground enemies can only cross at two bridges.
