A tactical challenge of pure abstract strategyQuerni is a board game for two players that combines easy-to-learn mechanics with deep tactical planning. Each player has 16 numbered tiles from 1 to 16 arranged on a 7x10 board. Your goal is clear: be the first to remove all 16 tiles of your color from the board. But to achieve this, you must calculate every move and create numerical chains before your opponent. Key Game MechanicsForm consecutive chains: To remove tiles, you must connect a sequence of at least 3 consecutive numbers (e.g., 4, 5, 6) on adjacent squares, either sharing a side or a corner.

Movement and jumping: On your turn, you can move to an adjacent square or execute spectacular chained jumps over any tile (your own or your opponent's) that could allow you to cross the board in a single turn. Turn strategy: On each turn, you can move a tile, remove a formed chain, do both in that order, or pass your turn without doing anything. Victory and Defeat ConditionsVictory: Successfully remove all 16 of your tiles from the board.

Avoid orphan tiles: You cannot leave isolated tiles that are no longer able to form valid chains. Passing turns: If you cannot move or remove tiles, you lose your turn. If 30 turns pass without any chain removals, the game ends in a draw.…
