About Pixel Cartographer

Put on your exploring caps, ready your maps, and venture out building locations on the unexplored map in a retro tactics style aesthetic! Inspiration drawn from Final Fantasy Tactics & Tactics Ogre - without the combat or save scrubbing! As you progress through the continent, you'll unlock different biomes to be used in Sandbox mode and map locations!

Chill and unwind, with the isometric days of old. There's no scary "blank canvas" or "infinite possibilities" anxiety looming here, as each location comes with a hand designed terrain to get you started along with limited blocks per biome. Unless you want that of course, then there's Sandbox mode!

Built in Screenshot Mode with an Orthographic Toggle! Mouse prompts show how to adjust positions, block shapes and rotations! Each object type Blocks, Decorations, Objects, Foliage and Creatures differ in adjustments.
