Motion de Censure transforms French politics into a strategic card game where candidates, alliances, media, and institutions become weapons in a high-stakes political debate. Play your cards, build your influence, and force your opponent to reveal their strategy. But winning a single round is not enough. You must know when to conserve your strength, concede a debate, and save your most powerful cards for the decisive confrontation.WIN TWO ROUNDS TO PREVAILEach match is played as a best-of-three contest.

On your turn, play a card or pass for the remainder of the current round. Deploy your cards across three influence rows: Field, Media, and Institutions. Strengthen your candidates, weaken opposing forces, move cards, protect your supporters, or trigger effects capable of overturning the majority. Once both candidates have passed, the candidate with the most influence wins the round.ADVANCE YOUR CAMPAIGNEvery completed debate advances your campaign, even after a defeat. Victories, however, accelerate your rise. Your national Mandate gradually unlocks new political parties and additional difficulty levels.

Each party also has its own Nomination progression, granting access to advanced and signature cards that are automatically added to its deck.
