Give them time together and they'll form bonds, gaining bonuses when fighting alongside their closest companions. Not everyone is built for combat though, and every guild needs hard workers too. Assign them to jobs and tasks for the greater good. Those who aren't up to your standards can be expelled and replaced with those you deem worthy.
