Playing as Henry Gray, you step into the epicenter of a living nightmare. Ghosts of the past, crazed patients, otherworldly entities—everyone here is out for your blood, and the asylum is now a trap. Your main weapon, and your fatal vulnerability, is sound. Thanks to advanced voice recognition, the game detects your breathing, whispers, and panic. Control your emotions. Be quiet if you want to survive! Descent Into Madness In 1977, Henry comes to in a bathtub inside the psychiatric ward.
He gasps for air, breaking the surface. The tub is filled with blood. Not his... Become the protagonist of this surreal journey. You must escape into the bleak locations of Henry's past, where the line between reality and morbid delusion completely dissolves. You are hunted by crazed guards, deranged psychopaths, cannibals, former patients, victims of inhumane experiments, cybernetic creations, and other entities that shouldn't even exist. But the most terrifying enemies aren't always hiding in the dark corridors. Sometimes, they wait inside Henry himself.
