About Elsewar

Elsewar is a fantasy roguelike deck builder about creating powerful synergies and mitigating the attrition of fighting Monsters with your Army of varied Units. The Army you start with is always the same, 52 Units of Orcs, Dwarves, Elves and Humans, but every War is unique. The Monsters you fight, the Fates and upgrades in the Recruit Tent, are all random with each War.

Monsters will hurt your Units. Combine attacking Formations of Units with unique Fates in order to create builds with varied synergies to defeat harmful Creatures. Generate enough damage to overcome your foes while discovering new combinations as you progress. Not every War ends in victory, so use your wits and take care of your Units, and good luck.

This game is brought to you by two independent veterans of the industry, two dads making it work between our day jobs, raising kids, and life in general. Support independent developers.
