Deep Space Observatory

Deep Space Observatory is an idle game about exploring the starry sky and developing your own observatory. Upgrade your equipment and gradually automate data collection — or keep manual control and conduct observations yourself. Develop Your ObservatoryUnlock technologies in a sprawling tech tree. Increase scanning speed and range, master new observation methods, and equip your platforms with specialized instruments. Place platforms where they will be most effective, and gradually turn a small observatory into an automated research facility.

New Discoveries — New PossibilitiesComplete the observation program and move on to a new cycle. Synthesize discoveries to obtain cards with tetromino modules that have random effects. Every new card is a chance to find an unusual combination of bonuses and rethink your strategy. Experiment with module placement on the board and choose locations for your observatories on the world map. Combine the benefits of your discoveries with carefully planned observatory placement to make the next cycle even more efficient.A Living Star MapEach cycle generates a new map of 2048 stars.

Observation platforms are placed right on the map, turning exploration into a strategic puzzle.4 Types of Scientific DataStudy stars with four types of observations: from measuring brightness to analyzing spectra and gravitational signatures.
