Play on your own or with friends in online co-op. At first, you gather the wood, carry the water, and sow the wheat yourself. That first loaf of bread takes some work. Later, settlers help with the harvest and regular deliveries keep your workshops supplied, leaving you free to plan another building or get ready for an expedition.

Just remember to prepare your defenses. The archipelago's creatures can make a meal of your crops and damage your buildings. Build more than a few hutsSet up a mill and bakery to turn your harvest into food. Add workshops, mines, and forges, raise animals, keep beehives, and make room to store the materials coming in.
