Farewell - Resident Chat

Free add-on: press E by a Farewell resident, pick "Say something else..." and type. They reply in their own voice and remember you. Runs on your own PC: nothing you type is sent to any AI service; what residents remember is kept in your save, which goes to your own Steam Cloud if you have it on.
